Whether you're dressing for an evening on the town or dressing up your full-size pickup truck, coordinating accessories can be a challenge: This looks nice, you think, but does it go with that?

For the fashion challenged pickup truck owner, automotive supplier Lund International Inc. has developed the L2R series.

The series was designed around the theme, "Lund look with a rugged appearance." It comprises five components -- a front air dam, cab fairing, running boards, rear accent and a windshield visor -- that share geometrical shapes, patterns and material finishes.

The front air dam adds depth to the vehicle's appearance and a look of durability.

The three-piece unit includes a textured, black-colored center section and smooth outer pieces. All are designed to fit over the factory bumper and ready for paint.

The cab fairing is basically a three-sided panel designed to make a pickup cab look longer and add some aerodynamic enhancement.

It includes brushed aluminum bed rails and a textured, black-colored frame for the rear window. The fairing is functional as well as fashionable; it comes with six 200-pound capacity tie-down anchors. No drilling is needed to install the cab fairing.

The rear accent is even easier to install; it fits into a standard two-inch hitch receiver and provides a textured, black and paintable panel that accents the back of the truck.

The L2R running boards have the same black textured look, aluminum supports. They are available in four lengths, from 54 inches to 90 inches.

The visor, which mounts across the top of the windshield header, has black accent grids at its outer edges.

The L2R series includes components to fit full-size domestic brand pickups.

Suggested retail prices start at $40 for the rear accent, $190 for the visor, $200 for the front air dam, $250 for a set of running boards and $350 for the cab fairing system.
