2006 Honda Accord

Honda Motor Co. will modestly update its best-selling Accord this fall, two years ahead of a full redesign that's planned for model year 2008. In the United States, demand for the Accord has dropped 9 percent this year. The 2006 Accord will get a fresher face and more power. A new front fascia with updated grille, headlamps and bumper, as well as revamped tail lamps, are planned. There will be some interior updates, too, but no major chassis changes until the next-generation Accord hits showrooms in the fall of 2007.
