Dealerships

LaSalle Bank Corp., Troy, holding company for Chicago-based LaSalle Bank and Michigan-based Standard Federal Bank, has promoted group senior vice president, Charles Van Swearingen of West Bloomfield, to executive vice president. Van Swearingen is the chief financial officer for LaSalle Bank Corp.'s Mortgage and Capital Markets lines of business and will continue as chief financial officer of Standard Federal Bank.

Foundations

Presbyterian Villages of Michigan Foundation, Redford Township, has named Dawn Margretta of White Lake director of development. Margretta was executive director of Leadership Oakland.

Dr. Ahmed A. Meguid, a general surgeon who specializes in advanced laparoscopic surgical procedures including minimally invasive bariatric surgery, has been appointed to the medical staff of St. John Hospital and Medical Center.
