Hart, a sophomore playing for the first time since an injured left hamstring knocked him out of the Notre Dame game in Week 2, gave the Wolverines the lift they needed.

Mike Hart got his fourth career 200-yard rushing game, breaking the Michigan record he held with Ron Johnson. The NCAA record is 11 held by Charles White, Ricky Williams and Ron Dayne. Here are the players with the most 200-yard rushing games in Michigan history:
