PONTIAC -- A couple and their noisy children must vacate a Commerce Township condominium by Valentine's Day, an Oakland Circuit Court judge ruled Wednesday.
Michael and Tamara Amouri and four children -- who apparently proved too much for even ABC-TV's Supernanny -- tried to contest the lawsuit and eviction by the Trillium Park Homeowners' Association.
"My client has four children -- one 4, twin 2-year-old girls and a 1-year-old," Amouri attorney Dured Hajji told Judge Daniel Patrick O'Brien in Pontiac. "Children are children. … This was brought entirely because they were filmed for the 'Supernanny' show."

The show sends nanny Jo Frost into homes where children run amok so she can teach the children and their parents a more orderly way of life.
A TV production crew spent nearly two weeks in late November and early December filming at the condo for an episode that has not yet aired.
An ABC representative declined comment on the experience.
Hajji also told O'Brien the condominium manager, Patricia McBride, was angered because Tamara Amouri swore at her.
But O'Brien found the family was bound by the association's rules, which call for eviction if violations are not resolved.
"The court finds this is not ripe for review … not persuaded by argument to grant relief at this time," O'Brien told Hajji before signing a court order that the family was to vacate the premises by Wednesday.
The lawsuit contends condominium owner Christopher Sharrack and his tenants, the Amouris, ignored repeated requests by the homeowners' group to comply with regulations or face eviction. Trillium Park's attorney, Nathaniel Abbate Jr., said Sharrack had repeatedly avoided being served.
