Mega Millions jackpot rises to $18 million

Associated Press

Lansing -- With no winner in the latest drawing, the Mega Millions jackpot will be worth an estimated $18 million the next time the multistate lottery game is played.

The amount rolled over because no player matched all the winning numbers to win the $12 million grand prize Tuesday night. Mega Millions will be played again on Friday.

One ticket sold in Michigan was worth a second prize of $250,000. Another three players in Michigan won third prizes of $10,000 each.
