Lack of seat belts ends in tragedy

It's been a deadly drive on Metro area roadways over the past three weeks. Since Jan. 15, seven people who were not wearing seat belts, including a woman who was pregnant, have been killed in crashes on area roads. They were catapulted from their vehicles. - 02/05/2010
