Detroit health care forum to include H1N1 shots

Detroit -- Second Ebenezer Church and Molina Healthcare of Michigan are sponsoring a free forum on national health care reform Saturday that includes H1N1 flu vaccinations.
Events will be at the church, 14601 Dequindre, until 5 p.m. The flu vaccinations will be offered until 1 p.m.
The Detroit Wayne County Health Authority, Greater Detroit Area Health Council and United Health Organization/Project Healthy Living are participating in events.
